The staff was great we lost our original reservation for a reason out of our control and they worked so hard to accommodate us even though the hotel was fully booked they upgraded our room to The Presidential suite!!! Front desk and management went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The rest of the staff were kind and serviceable. We are so thankful. They will have my business from now on. I Highly recommend it. The area is great with lots of things to do nearby.

The hotel is very nice and well taken care of, right down the street of the US Consulate. The room was very clean and good size for my wife and I. The bed was nice and comfortable. They have a nice little breakfast bar and also a buffet style breakfast in the restaurant that's included with your room. All the staff was very nice and helpful. There's also an indoor pool. I highly recommend and would stay again.

My room was too small for being a suit and to accommodate my 2 kids on the pull out sofa with no extra blankets. the bed that pulled out of the sofa was more like a twin couldn't fit my two kids in there. breakfast was too limited. bed was very confrontable.

Location, staff cleaning service very good all restaurant staff was great , especially Don Miguel from restaurant and Hilda from cleaning service , have a game room decor was awesome and gym pass they offer right across the street all and all great

The beds are super comfortable and is across a shopping mall and 10 mins walking distance from USA consulate and CAS. Food is really good and cheap at the hotel and includes the breakfast. Great amenities to hang out and pool.
